How do I track my order?
All orders which have opted for registered mail will have their tracking numbers sent to them. You may then track your order through the official Singpost website here.
Avarice Apparel will not be liable for any lost normal postage. It's rare, but it happens. We will definitely do the best we can in securing your items (e.g. including a return address), however, there is a limit to what we can do. Therefore, registered postage is highly recommended to all customers.
What is your exchange policy?
We currently do not accept exchanges. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to refer to the measurements on our size charts to ensure a comfortable fit.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we do.
What is your returns policy?
In the rare case where Avarice Apparel has made an error with your order such as:
1. Item received is defective
2. Wrong item/color/size,
You may return the item(s) in it's original condition, unused and unworn within 10 days upon receival. Postage will be fully reimbursed. However, if your item is no longer in stock, a full refund or store credit will be made.A backorder
If you received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at email@example.com with your order ID and pictures attached which clearly shows the defect/wrong order received. Further instructions will be given within 48 hours,
What does "Backorder" mean?
A "Backorder" item is an out of stock item that we have ordered more stocks for. However, stocks are only on it's way and has not arrived at our warehouse. By purchasing a Backorder item, you are securing a piece for yourself which will be mailed out within 1-3 working days upon arrival.
